SHIPPING + RETURNS & EXCHANGES

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped Monday - Friday from our warehouse in Plano, TX. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

➕ please note processing times are not part of shipping times. Orders are processed within 1-5 business days. 

Below is what you can expect on shipping times:

Within the US

Ground (2 to 5 business days)

 

Priority (3 to 4 business days)

 

Priority Express (1 to 2 business days)

 

 

SOME NOTES

➕ estimated shipping times stated above are directly from the USPS website. 

➕ once the package is out of our hands, we cannot control or guarantee delivery times with USPS or UPS or FEDEX.

➕we can not intercept a package once it is in transit nor can we reroute

➕ if a package has been sent back to us due to an error in address or name, we are happy to re-ship the item. However, the customer will be responsible for paying the additional shipping. Original shipping cost will not be refunded. 

➕ if the item has been marked delivered, we are unable to provide replacement items.

➕  customs fees and duties are the customer's responsibilities. 

Tracking shows DELIVERED but the package is not here. 

  1. Please contact your neighbors, they may have accidentally received your package. 
  2. Contact your LOCAL USPS who delivers your regular mail/ packages with tracking. Please speak to them directly as we have no control over shipment once it leaves our hands. 
  3. If your package is confirmed as lost or stolen, please initiate a lost/stolen claim with USPS. 

Please note: WE WILL NOT REPLACE PACKAGES WITH USPS TRACKING CONFIRMING DELIVERY. 

PROCESSING

all orders will take 1-5 business days to process. 

RETURNS

➕ Need to return your order? Please email us at info@natashaowensmusic.com

➕ Returns are not accepted after 30 days of it being marked delivered. It must be postmarked by the 30 days when shipped back out to us. 

➕After 30 days items are non-refundable. This means if you do return it after the 30 days without prior approval the item will be refused. 

EXCHANGES and RETURNS for refundable items must be made within a 30-day time frame starting when you received it.

➕ Items that are damaged or have been used will not be accepted. Each item will be inspected upon arrival.

➕ Processing returns can take 7-14 business days

SOME NOTES:

➕ We do not cover the cost of return shipping.

➕ We're not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the sender -- please check your info twice! Customers will be responsible for the redelivery cost.
